25 for 2025 Challenge

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

In the joy of the Easter Season which has just begun, our happiness should prompt us to share the good news of Jesus Christ with everyone. How blest we are that five adults received the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist) at the Easter Vigil. Soon, four other adults will be received into full communion with the Catholic Church.

In a renewed spirit of evangelization, and as a way of celebrating our parish Silver Jubilee in 2025, I am asking every parishioner to participate in the 25 for 2025 Challenge. It is my hope that 25 unbaptized adults will be fully initiated into the Catholic Church at next year’s Easter Vigil. In order for that to take place, we need to identify at least 25 individuals who will begin RCIA this coming fall. I am asking each parishioner to prayerfully and boldly invite people to consider becoming Catholic. For any who accept, consider serving as his or her sponsor as part of our parish RCIA program. I am certain that God will bless this endeavor.

Let us entrust the 25 for 2025 Challenge to the intercession of our Blessed Mother, Our Lady of Hope, in the certainty of her desire that all may come to know her Son and enjoy eternal happiness.
