Music Ministry

Are you looking for a way to share your talents and your time?  Do you like to meet new people and learn new things?  Join our Adult Choir and help lift hearts to praise our God in song!  Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just love to make a joyful noise, we’d love to have you as part of our choir family.  We will soon be working hard on Triduum and Easter music, as well as preparing for all of the 25th OLoH anniversary festivities.  High school age and older are welcome!  Ability to read music is not required.  Choir rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings, 7pm-8:30pm.

An exciting new singing opportunity has just opened up within the OLoH Music Ministry.  Under the leadership of Tim Silk, we are forming a SCHOLA (a group of singers who sing chant or plainsong – men and women).  The schola will sing at the different Vespers to be held throughout the year, beginning with The Annunciation on March 25, 2025.  High school age and older are welcome! Ability to read music not required.
