Our Parish’s 25th Anniversary

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
The New Year will be very special for our parish as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary. It will be a time of singular graces and blessings. The members of the Jubilee Committee, led by Dave Crew, have assisted me in planning for this year. I take this opportunity to publicize key dates so that you may plan to attend the anniversary events as well as other important activities on the 2025 parish calendar.
The calendar for January to June includes:
January 12 10:30 a.m. Mass with Bishop Burbidge
January 17 Feast of Our Lady of Hope – Anniversary of the Dedication of the Church
March 23 to 25 Forty Hours Devotion (Father Thomas Weinandy, OFM. Cap)
April 2 Virginia March for Life
May 12 to 23 Parish Pilgrimage to Italy
May 31 Knights of Columbus Year-End Barbecue
June 7 Priesthood Ordination (Deacon John Meyerhofer)
June 8 First Mass: Father John Meyerhofer
June 22 Corpus Christi 12:15 p.m. Mass and Procession
June 28 Day the Parish Was Founded: our 25th Anniversary
- Morning Mass (Monsignor Saunders to preach)
- Parish Picnic
Further events are in the planning stages for the second half of the year. We will publicize them as they are finalized.
