Dear Friends in Christ,

At Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, we are striving to be a place where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and challenged to grow in their faith. We know that to become the best version of our parish, we must listen to those who make up our community—you.

We have put together this survey to solicit your feedback on your experience here. The survey takes about 10–15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. We ask that you complete the survey by March 28th.
